Martha began her career studying beauty therapy after leaving school and worked in the industry for a few years. While she enjoyed her time in beauty, she realised it wasn’t the right long-term path for her. She returned to college to study A-Level Psychology, and during this time, she was offered a temporary position in a family-run accountancy firm. It was there that she discovered payroll, learning on the job and quickly developing a passion for it. Martha joined Empower Accounting & Finance in 2018 and has since become an integral part of the team, bringing dedication, expertise, and enthusiasm to her work. She enjoys working closely with clients and colleagues alike, helping to make payroll processes smooth and efficient.

Outside of work, Martha enjoys spending time with her family and relaxing with a nice cocktail in a fancy bar. Her friendly, approachable nature and commitment to her role make her a valued member of the Empower team.
